Hi, I’m Linda Fruits

I’m just your average mom, surviving until bedtime. I live in Florida with my girlfriend, soon-to-be ex-husband, and our three children, all under one roof. I’m the creative mind behind @fruitsofmotherhood, and I’m the author of “The Mom Life.”

Essentially, I write content on the internet with the hopes that people will either feel less alone or blow air harder out their noses.

I’m proud to be a part of this generation of moms who don’t sugarcoat motherhood. Motherhood isn’t hard because you’re doing something wrong; it’s hard because it is hard.

I started following Linda Fruits on Instagram (@fruitsofmotherhood) during the pandemic amd her content seriously changed my life. It helped me feel more seen as a wife, mom, and woman, so when I saw that she had written a book, I just knew I had to buy it. “The Mom Life” has helped me make changes in my mindset, which has helped me improve my mental health, the way I approach parenting, and my marriage. It’s helped me set boundaries with myself and the people I my life. It is truly life-changing, and I think that every person who is raising kids in this day and age should read it. This book tackles all of the things about motherhood that most of us moms are scared to talk about, even though we all feel them. Mom guilt, body image issues, the mental load of motherhood in this social climate, no topic is off limits. I hope that the author knows that she is changing lives for the better, both those of the moms that read her book and follow her content, and the children they are raising. I would recommend this book to anyone who has kids, or is even thinking about having them.

I love this book. I love the everyday normal of it, funny and not so funny moments of being a mom. Linda knows what she is talking about and new moms would benefit from reading this book. It lets them know all the feelings they feel whether good or bad of motherhood are ok to feel. We all feel those same feelings. Moms are in this together. I will definitely purchase this book for any future new moms. Congrats Linda!

If I had to sum up The Mom Life in one word — it would be permission.

I discovered Linda when stalking the parenting entries of publisher’s marketing place and have been waiting for this book for almost 2yrs! I wish I’d read this book when preggers with my first though I still need to hear a lot of what she talks about in there.

Um also, she did all the art and design? She’s incredibly talented and us moms are lucky to have her!!!!
